Challenge

Willo built a WhatsApp agent with AI that receives, qualifies and books every lead automatically — set up as a three-month partnership rather than a closed project.

GDG Cartagena and Colombia Tech Week needed a platform to carry the whole technical side of the CTW Hackathon: registration, project submission and judging for 20 teams competing at once.
Solution
Willo brought ByteArena, its own platform, as the event’s official technology provider for the 24 hours of competition.
