Who is responsible for your data

Willo is responsible for the data this site collects. For anything concerning it, including exercising the rights described below, write to us at hola@somoswillo.com.

What we collect

The site collects the following, and nothing more:

• When you submit the contact form: your name, your company, your role, your WhatsApp number, your email address, the description of the process you write and, if you choose to attach one, a file of up to 5 MB.
• If you open the site chat, that chat provider stores an identifier in your browser and processes whatever you type in the conversation.
• The home page embeds a Google map. Loading it means Google receives your IP address, as happens with any embedded content.
• If you open "Book a meeting", the site shows a Google calendar inside a window. What you enter there — your name, your email and the time you pick — goes to Google and lands in our calendar. The site itself stores none of it.
• Your language and your light or dark theme preference are kept only in your browser. They never reach a server of ours and they do not identify you.

This site has no analytics, uses no tracking cookies and builds no browsing profiles.

What we use it for

Only to answer your request and contact you about it. If a commercial relationship grows out of that, we use it to carry that conversation.

What we do not do with it:

• We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not use it for advertising or share it with ad networks.
• We do not add you to mailing lists. If we ever want to send you something other than an answer to what you asked, we will ask you first.

Who else sees it

For the site to work, some data passes through providers. These are all of them, and what for:

• Resend delivers the email the form generates to our inbox. It carries the message.
• Botpress runs the site chat and processes those conversations.
• Google serves the map embedded on the home page and the calendar you book meetings through.

All three sit outside Colombia, mainly in the United States, so your data leaves the country when they are used. Beyond these providers and the Willo team, nobody else has access to what you send us.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while the conversation is alive and for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, if one comes about. When you ask us to delete it, we do, unless we have to keep something for a legal or accounting obligation.

What you can ask of us

About the data you gave us, you can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you and how we are using it.
• Correct or update anything wrong or out of date.
• Delete it.
• Withdraw your consent for us to keep using it.

For any of these, write to hola@somoswillo.com from the same address you contacted us with, or tell us how to verify it is you. We commit to answering within fifteen business days at most.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS and the form travels encrypted on that same connection. Once received, your message lives in the team inbox, with access limited to the people who handle requests. We do not publish or expose what you write to us.

If this changes

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date below. If the change is significant and we have a way to tell you, we will.
